Shop X Now operates as a multi-seller marketplace.
Products listed on the platform are sold and shipped by independent third-party sellers.
Each seller is responsible for product quality, pricing, shipping, and GST compliance.
Shop X Now acts as a facilitator and is not the manufacturer of listed products.

3. Product Information

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing provided by sellers.
Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing differences.
All sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.
Product availability may change without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery (if available).
We use secure payment gateways such as Razorpay or similar providers.
Shop X Now does not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

5. Order Confirmation, Acceptance & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, seller issues, or pricing errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, depending on the seller.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
