Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
Order confirmation and tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp.
Processing time may vary depending on the individual seller.

🚛 2. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners including Delhivery, XpressBees, India Post and other logistics providers, depending on seller and delivery location.

⏱️ 3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities: 5–9 working days
Remote Areas: 7–12 working days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or seller handling time.

💰 4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping may be available on select prepaid orders (as per seller offer).
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on selected pincodes with an additional fee.

Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp or email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard on the website.
