1. Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging.
• Some items may be non-returnable as defined by the seller.
• Innerwear, hygiene products, customized items may not be eligible.

• Return pickup or self-ship depends on seller policy.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after seller verification & quality check.
• Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or wallet.
• Shipping, COD, or convenience fees are non-refundable unless item is defective.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to seller availability and stock.
• Only size or variant exchange may be allowed.
• If exchange is not possible, refund or store credit may be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged, or altered products
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Products marked as non-returnable by seller
• Clearance or heavily discounted items

6. Return Rejection

• Return request raised after the allowed period
• Product fails quality check
• Incorrect or different item returned

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
